Hey there! Whenever I try to subscribe to the LHC project BOINC Manager tells me that "Required wizard file(s) are missing from the target server. (lookup_account.php/create.account.php)" The problem always occurs after entering my email addy and account key. Any suggestions how to fix that or is it a server problem as I suppose? bye Tim |

Hi, "me too" I succesfully created the account at the LHC website and got the confirmation mail with name, email address, and account key. This has been the case since at least yesterday evening. This is probably a server error at CERN (looks like someone did 'rm *account.php' :-( Registering to SETI and Einstein works fine. Regards, Rene |

This message indicates your are trying to attach with a version 5 client. LHC still only accepts version 4 clients. Check back in a week or 2. BOINC WIKI   BOINCing since 2002/12/8 |
