I am using the Linux BOINC 4.19 and recently a computer attached to LHC and SETI had its named changed from mycomputer to mycomputer.myisp.net. Now another computer has changed it's name this way and this one is attached to LHC, SETI and CPDN. The name change shows in SETI also and I suppose it might show in CPDN the next time the host trickles.

None of my Windows computers have had their names changed. I am using Linspire, a 2.6.10 kernel.
