Does anyone know when the next load of work is out? The last one was about a day I think if I am wrong I apologise. I need to know because I want to join another boinc project and if it is going to be a long while I might try climate. On one machine I run LHC and Einstein the other LHC and Seti. So any ideas? Before I go still having trouble with pending creit already given before my upload any ideas on this?

The only answer i can give to you is to read the newest update that LHC has linked on the main page. There is really no way of telling when the next set of data will come at us.

Started download of w5_lhc_coll_IP15_trip_meas__10__64.31_59.32__14_16__6__13.5_1_sixvf_
boinc4659.zip

These are 374K work units which are 10X the size of the others (I guess we will find out how long it takes to run those today)

These are 374K work units which are 10X the size of the others (I guess we will find out how long it takes to run those today)
They're probably million turn simulations. I'd verify it but I'm installed as a service and can't check the graphics/screensaver. LHC has 10K, 100K, and 1M turn workunits. Judging from the time it's taking for this WU I'd venture to say it's a 1M turn WU.

The studies are almost done. We only lack 300 jobs. We will then do post analysis to determine where there is more work needed. This will be about 8* 28'000 1'000'000 turn jobs.

w5 is the 5th of the 8 announced studies,IMO.

BTW: the WU's with 'x_12_14__x' to 'x_16_18__x' could be short ones, don't abort them!!
