Just downloaded a new WU on my 856 MHz machine, the time to complete started at 118hrs, then down to 40hrs. Then 24hrs, then just before I startedit went to 14hrs. Now it is about its usual 12hrs.
Has anybody had this?

I had this happen before. Only at one point the time to complete started to go back up. Happened with a total of four WU a couple of months ago, so I aborted them.

Looks like all the particles were lost immediately. It's not a problem with sixtrack, just the simulation. Not all simulations will be successful in the sense that no particles are lost.
