Don't worry. BOINC server software will eventually send it to at least as many
users as necessary to form a quorum.

Someone's gotta be first.

The server has new work units and old work units.
Every now and then, the server gets a fail result from a client, and it has to resend out the work unit.
I'm guessing that resending out work units sometimes trumps the sending out of new work units, because the old work units have a closer deadline than the 'new' work units.




I'm not the LHC Alex. Just a number cruncher like everyone else here.

I just looked at the WU you question, and I see that it has been sent to four (4) other workers. You were the first to receive it, you lucky person. When the others send in their results, credit will be awarded ...
