You must scroll right, then you look at the granted credit column.

It is the same problem as described by Saenger in forum

The most of your results are 'Invalid'. You are granted by some credits for those
invalid results, but those credits are not counted into your total credit.

All off the credit's are "grande credits"

invalid results = 0

Because pages are cached it can happen that your total credits page has not been updated at the same time, and it does therefore not reflect your true amount of credit. If the problem persists let me know.

Hello Locke,

for instance following your results are invalid:
http://lhcathome.cern.ch/result.php?resultid=1994952
http://lhcathome.cern.ch/result.php?resultid=1994966
http://lhcathome.cern.ch/result.php?resultid=2001103
http://lhcathome.cern.ch/result.php?resultid=2190681

... almost every of your result. Those are granted by cca 0.5*claimed_credit
and are not visible in total's.

edit:
=====

you can go to your host
http://lhcathome.cern.ch/show_host_detail.php?hostid=46412

then click to 'Results', then click to 'Result ID'
--> there you can find 'Validate state' (invalid in almost all cases).

Locke --

Look at the message tab under BOINC Manager. There may be an indication in the lines where the work was sent back to E@H that addresses your problem (bad upload, corrupt file, missing file, etc.). If you find something like that, post the lines here, and maybe someone can figure out why it happened ...

So it's still the same bulls*** like before, and nothing has changed.
Like I asked several times in the other thread, where it wasn't answered in a suitable way as well, I'll ask here again:

As granted is granted, why isn't it added?

If nothing is added, why is it listed as granted?

What's this disgusting behaviour about?

There are only two possibilities:
Don't grant (that's 0.00 credits) for invalids, or add to the totals all that is written as granted. Everything else is either a mayor bug or deceit.

Hard to know why they are invalid. A few questions;

1. Do you overclock? If so, back it off to stock speed and see if you get valid results.

2. Run MEMTEST and check out your RAM. You may have a partially faulty stick. If you have 2 sticks, remove one and run BOINC for 24 hrs and see if they are granted credit. If not, then swap them out and try again.

3. You may have a slightly faulty cpu that the manufacturing tests failed to pick up, highly unlikely but not improbable.

For a whole range of tests, see this thread on climate prediction http://www.climateprediction.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=2126

Live long and crunch.

Looks like a pretty bad bug to me. Especially when the following is considered...

Automatically Totaled Credit - 23.52
Manually Totaled Credit - 136.9
Valid Result Credit - 15.33
Invalid Result Credit - 121.57

If only valid results are being added in (as you conjectured), he should have 15.33 credits -- not 23.52.

Either that caching LHC has going on is REALLY weird (he was "granted" over 50 credits a week ago), or something is really screwed up. =(

@locke -- Definatly do the stuff outlined in the post above. With that many invalid results, I'd bet that something is awry with your computer.

This is also in the Wiki in the "How-To" Guide section. Also the maintenance one. So, we have the testing and the cleaning guides ... let us know if we need to add something else ...
