Shall we open a poll for the green? :) IMO it's not bright enough but let's wait for other opinions ...

The brighter lime green you had when Fuzzy complained was the clearest one that I've seen. The current one is a bit dark. It doesn't really bother me though.

Cheers,
Gary.

This is a color green I can't even see on my monitor. Does it have to be green? Can't it be another bright color that is well visible on the dark grey background?
Or make the background grey the same color as this answer window, then use the same color green as the + rating box has. ;)

I think the intention of green and red is clear, why then an other color? We just have to find a good setup ;-)

Or maybe a different background color. Why it has to be so grey?

I completely agree ,it was the 'best green' (which we have discovered and discussed last winter, and now at new!)

FuzzyBubble is a little old, her eyes are waning. She also knows where to hit me back. ;)

Then again, the background on the stats pages may get a more conform colour to the rest of the forums, not the main dark grey background that's all over the place now.

Might be useful for Chrulle, a test thread I made on Break the forums forums, so you can see what the different greens do on lighter grey and darker grey backgrounds.

I thought about this too but you did it :-)
Please enumerate it so we can refer to a special color easier.

The present green is Ok, it doesn't at least "come out" from the screen! But again, why does it have to be green??

Because green suggests an "all ok" state and red "nothing's ok" in my opinion ...

That's my point exactly!

Why use a green text for "Time reported or deadline", when the text is changed to black, when reported? The green could be used better in the "Outcome" as Success and red for Failure, Invalid, or what it says. I don't know as mine are Success'es. That would be more logical, if colors should be used.

The green is at least better than the yellow of the stat graphs in BOINC GUI.
Sorry Fuzzy, i agree with little helper.
Green – Go. Keep crunchin’
Red – Stop. Unless project disregards deadlines you have taken too long on this wu and it will be invalid.

I just edited one of my posts, only to find it had double blockquotes in the end, then after a second quick edit, I had posted my message twice.

Isn't it wiser to get the new code with UBBCode included?
