Message 8847 - Posted: 23 Jul 2005, 11:53:11 UTC - in response to Message 8846.

As you may have noticed: English is not my native language so it's no wonder if I sometimes use misleading words to express what I want to say. I apologize for that, I'm not perfect. ;)

I found it a bit cynical to re-use my setence "believe it, or not" for saying the antithetic. If it wasn't ment as side blow, then I misinterpreted it. Sorry for that.

All after all I'm a bit astonished that some of you feel like I tread on your toes. I did not offense anybody here, did I? :-/

Next time I think I should deny myself trying to help if it end up in such alarms and excursions. :-(

regards,
tannengruen

Like Heff I've run Zone Alarm Pro all my computers for some years now without any problems. I think most problems come from people not getting it configured right, I know it took me a little while to figure it all out but once I did it's run without a hitch ...

As for my experience, running ZA for about 2 years now, better to do a fresh install if an important upgrade is coming out then doing an upgrade.
