Hi all!

Right now I'm pretty ecstatic because I have wanted for so long to join this project, and now I'm in! :-D

Just crunched my first sixpack...eeehhh...sixtrack, and now I'm waiting for the next crunchers to do so, to get my first validation!

Hi all. Waited for months. Here at last. A few well known faces, as it were, too. Happy crunching!

Waited also during "some time" but now i crunched my first sixtrack, soon my second.
Need now a validation so i'm waiting for the others crunchers. :D
Glad to see also that the compatibility with the Win9x OS is not broken and that LHC runs perfectly with the "old" CC's. :)

Do you want to get banned for 31 years, your account and credits deleted at a Boinc project ? Predictor@home is your best choice.

Why is it always "6 this", "6 that" :D
I know I know . . . but my 6 stands for the German 6, just say the number 6 in German and than think of it in English :) ... LOL ... very long story but...
OW and YES ... This is indeed COOLEST project so I will give LHC more "CPU-time" when I'm done with my "old settings" (had +7WU yesterday with +11hr still from Einstein with deadline in 3days, besides the seti and seti-beta ones :) so it's cleaning time right now ... together with a 6pack to kill my thurst :D

Excellent project for sure.
Big welcome to all new participants!
Seems we still got room for even more.

I'm in but have the screensaver bug - 3 lost WUs because of it.

I'm now looking at quitting (after months of waiting & 2 days of frustration with the bug) ......

If CERN are serious about having people in - FIX THE PROBLEMS ! At least acknowledge them and offer suggestions & help !

Welcome all :) I know many have been waiting patiently and anxiously to be part of this project - personally I've been looking forward to this for a while as I know some of you from other projects and like to see even new ones around. That's good for this project, and good for BOINC as a whole :)

So, welcome and happy crunching :)

Hello to everyone.

Thanks for opening up again, like the others had been watching and waiting for quite a while and had pretty much given up hope that it would ever open. As it was got in here very shortly after the door opened. Great project and hope my little contribution will aid in the science going on over there. Thanks again and happy crunching.

Thank you. I have been coming to this website ever since i heard about CERN messing around with Antimatter. I been waiting for them to open to new users for a while. I hope that my CPU helps CERN has much has possible. If only the Screensaver wouldn't act weird though.

@Mike Dunn

BTW...try to use only ONE mail-account for your projects ... I see you are using (at least) 4 different ones (for the projects that export xml-files). It "screws" up your TOTAL-stats if you use different accounts ;)

This project is great. Great people, great physics, just great. I've been watching it for a while, waiting for the invites to open back up and my patience finally paid off. I'm happy to be a part of something that i feel is more "tangible" than some other DC projects. I hope that our CPU time spent on this project will make the LHC the best collider it can be!

Waiting for '07,

Galiel

P.S.,

LHC@home really does have the best screensaver of all the Boinc projects. =D

I think it would be really really neat if some place in the building they could have a wall with all of our names on it and possibly even the amount of credits we crunched for them.

I'm not asking for some great big mural, just something with our names big enough to read but yet small enough to not overshadow those who worked directly on the project or directly funded the project.
