I'm running Sixtrack 4.67 and BOINC 4.45. Whenever I update, I get the message in the title. This is a new behavior, which only started when I upgraded BOINC. It used to be that BOINC calculated how much work I wanted to have queued, then requested enough work to fill my queue.

BTW, I'm also running climateprediction, but with a far smaller resource share.

Only the message is a new behavior. If you didn't need work in the older versions it wouldn't request any, it just didn't put the message up.
