I amn pretty sure that message is doucmented already ... yeah ... it is there ... now the question is, is it right, and is it useful? I can only ask people to look and then tell me if it was usful or not ... |

Probably two scripts were submitting same files at the same time. There was a mechanism to prevent this, but it was broken. It's fixed now... But some workunits remain undownloadable.
