Ever since updating to sixtrack 4.67 (Windows) CC 4.25. I've not had a single successful work unit. Half fail during download & the rest when starting computation. Here's an example of the error reported by BOINC: 4/26/2005 4:26:37 PM|LHC@home|Finished download of v64lhc.D1-D2-MQonly-inj-no-skew-55s14_16524.2308_1_sixvf_19502.zip 4/26/2005 4:26:37 PM|LHC@home|Throughput 1675 bytes/sec 4/26/2005 4:26:37 PM|Einstein@Home|Pausing result H1_1179.4__1179.9_0.1_T05_Run2_0 (removed from memory) 4/26/2005 4:26:37 PM|LHC@home|CreateProcess() failed - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. I've had a similar problem and have solved it by detaching and re-attaching to the project. It was the most drastic action, but worked for me. You could try any or all of the following: 1.) Quitting BOINC and rebooting the machine 2.) Resetting the project 3.) Detaching and re-attaching to the project |
