Real, real world prizes should have been awarded on 18th November. Did anyone get one?

See here for detals

Yes your right Mike, there were a few "where's my T-shirt" comments at the start, I think I even asked if I could get one just because I was born in 1954 as Cern was....

@ Admin - "Who got the T-shirts and the special prize"?

Willie

Oh yes, those.

We really had an intention to send those. And then we forgot. But we still do intend to deliver those prizes.

We apoligize the delay.

Good question. Choosing the winners is of course the hardest part in this process. But we will tell you soon:) [ If not, don't hesitate to remind us! ]

CERN will be sending prize T-shirts to "users of the week", and a special prize ("Infinitely CERN") will go to a lucky participant in the challenge, drawn at random from the full participant list on Thursday November 18th.

now they just went to the top producers !!!

I thought I'd have mine stuffed and mounted - like a trophy - and hung over the fireplace.

Tasteful, I thought :-))

besides... reading the list of the winners... most of them deserve it.. they're active not only in terms of raw cpu power but also in the forums.... :-)

These people are more than active in the forums and questions areas. I definately won't complain about the prizes going to the people who have been actively participating to further the project. Some have a hand in development, some are on the boinc alpha test team, some just answer questions with great answers. I think it's just coincidence that all of them are on the top 100 producer list.

I'm not one of the top 100.
Total credit 1,875.37
Recent average credit 9.03
maybe I should double check if it's me.
