Reporting results and granting credits is a multi-part process. This link should give you a good start towards the answer to this question and any others you might have and will have.

The results have been uploaded, and the wu's say ready to report. I've tried to update and no luck. I'm not new at this, I'm wondering if anyone else if having the same problem.

Phantom,

Like I mentioned earlier the reporting of results and claiming of credit is a multi-step process.

Did you read the link that I gave to you?

what you describe is not a problem, it is quite normal. The fact that they reported when you upgraded to 4.23 was merely coincidental.

Jim, I was not worried about claiming credits. My client would not report the results back to LHC. In the work tab, it said "Ready to Report" and then I would go to the Projects tab and click update for the LHC project, and then it would try to download the same stuff over and over and the results never cleared from the work tab.

But after upgrading from 4.19 to 4.23, the wu's reported back. I tried for about a half a day on 4.19 to get them to report back. I've never had any problems in the past.

Sounds like a bad version of 4.19. maybe corrupted in download? I've not heard of that problem being a frequently reported issue. you did the right thing IMO.
