I received new work units today, but it's still running sixtrack v4.63. BOINC didn't download v4.64

The version of the application is linked to the WU's. As long WU's are available for the older application, the new version of it will not be downloaded.

Once new WU's for the new version can be downloaded then the new application will be donwloaded also.
