CreateProcess() failed on Dual or HT machines

When WU starts to run, it immediately fails with this error: 2005-02-22 13:48:53 [LHC@home] Unrecoverable error for result v64lhc97-53s12_14575_1_sixvf_1575_0 (CreateProcess() failed - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x20)) 2005-02-22 13:48:53 [LHC@home] CreateProcess() failed - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x20) This has happened on two of my machines so far, one is a P3-1GHz dual, the other is a P4-3.2GHz HT. All of my other machines (non-HT or dual) run successfully. Is this a known problem?

OK, there goes that theory. I've had a non-HT P4 fail with the same error.
