Every page has another date so every page shows different stats:
home - seems to be up to date
home/computers - other recent avg time (but maybe this is intended)
teamsite - 1 hour delay
top teams - several hours delay, each subsite (1-20, 21-40, ...) has a different delay: Place 20 with Recent Avg 0.31, then next page: place 21 with 1.66

I guess/hope this will be fixed =)

I guess not. Some statistics are updated more seldom than others, and some pages are just cached. This is to save CPU time. The statistics are only comparable within single statistics page. But on the long run the differences should get less notable.
