Unable to connect to LHC@home project

Posted 1 Aug 2024 by Gary Wyckoff Post: I a running four BOINC projects. Two were joined several years ago. When I joined LHC@HOME a few years ago, and another project yesterday, I was unable to join the same team I joined for the two oldest projects. The "Team Search" cannot find the team I wish to join. I know it exists, as I can look at its stats by logging on to either of the older two projects. I am actually the Founder of the team. I have tried using the team name, words from the team name, and words from the team description. I always make sure that the country (United States) and team type (Company) are correct in the search fields, but the search returns 20-30 teams than have no apparent relevance to the search parameters I use. Anybody have an idea what I am doing wrong? I would really like to get credits applied to the team, as it has been around since the early days of SETI@HOME. Thanks. |
