Can anybody help me with that?

I am trying to set up two Android smart phones to run LHC but neither one is receiving WU's. One is a Galaxy S9 with Android 10, the other a Galaxy S8 with Android 9. The only requirement from LHC I could find was that they need to have aarch64 architecture which means according to Wikipedia Android with 64 bit. Does anyone know why it is not working?
