Today the computers made errors by computing CMS Tasks I think that the origin of the problem desn't came from my computers but it is possible that the origin was CERN I prepared my computers to avoid overload of the system at the least control it showed a use of the processors of 100% but the use inside of the boinc manager is only 70% of processors I will try to reduce the number of used processors inside of the boinc manager I hope an incresed stability of the system Sorry that i couldn't control further because i was very busy inside of my city Sorry for desagrement Best regards Guy |

I had 4 computing errors this night but i think that my computing balance was wrong because the computerswhere processing with full processors The true choice that i forgotted to apply is usually 50% of processors like if i compute with heart and not on full processors 2 processors= 1 heart This was a mistake Sorry |

Today the AMD Ryzen machine made a lot of errors but no other machine working for CMS I stopped the download of the amd machine and i test the machine by universe@home the AMD Ryzen was working since 3 week without errors I did not know what happened! Guy PFLIEGER |

I had error in the computing for CMS simulation It started while i was sleeping at 2H30 UTC in the morning The whole computers where computing errors This morning i updated with CCleaner and cleaned my whole computers I looked if exist a new version of the virtual machine but at this time it is not needed to update the virtual machine because i used the latest version Maybe the origin could be come from an other reason GP |

I had problem on one of my computers to install virtualbox 6.1.22 But i whish for the whole researcher of the cern to compute with an i9 In look to pentium that cost 600€ for one core You find an i9 with 10 core for 1900€ This mean that one core cost 600€ for a pentium and 10 core for the i9 cost 190€ for each core (1900€ the computer) This is the reason why a good computer is usually more perform with an increased number of core and cheaper as a pentium in look tot he competitivity of i9 to pentium the latest microprocessor have an increased speed in computing This is the reason why an i9 could be the computer of everybody if everybody could pay a car For the researcher such computer in their flat of Geneva that work for the cern could be interestingand more interesting as buro computer This is also valid for the whole boincer |

Problem with the install of virtualbox 6.1.22 on one of my computers An error 7000 is occured when i try to install the latest firmware of virtual box This is the reason why one of my computers continue to work with version 6.1.18 Also i used CCleaner to clean all of my computers |
