1) Questions and Answers : Windows : LHC not downloading work on new Windows 11 PC (Message 49931) Posted 10 Apr 2024 by Craig Dickinson Post: Hello, in order for virtualbox to execute tasks you need to enter Windows Security or Windows Defender, Device Security, Core Isolation/ deactivate this option/ restart the computer. You have to have the hardware virtualization options activated in the bios/cpu/. As long as you have Windows Security or Windows Defender protecting the CPU core (core isolation) it will always indicate that there is no hardware virtualization Thanks Emmanuel, this resolved the issue I now have Theory and CMS units downloading.

Setup new PC running Win 11, latest BOINC, latest VBOX + Extensions, checked SVM / AMD-V is supported and enabled in UEFI, Windows Virtual Platform enabled, Hyper-V disabled, WSL installed. Still not getting tasks for any LHC project, have no work runing for any other projects, have CPU & GPU tasks enabled and cores, memory & disk space all above stated requirements.
