You need a good networkconnection to ISP and some own knowledge to work with this projects.

(Message 49769) Posted 13 Mar 2024 by maeax Post: I have just checked my stats on BOINCSTATS and discovered that my score for the last three years on LHC@Home has been replicated into an LHC-DEV score. It shoots me up the charts a little, but perhaps it should be removed. Deselect the -dev project in pref for boincstats and wait one day, boincstats cleaning the wrong creditpoint, because of the lost of this project. After this activate boincstats for -dev again. For me it work correct since today.

The proxy credential is an authorisation to connect to the service; the (squid) proxy server is a caching server that saves requested files so that they don't need to be transported again if re-requested.
