in per-app credit you have 337341 credits for ATLAS

which is definitely wrong.
At the time I got finished in the "old" ATLAS project, the credit shown there was 1.942.248.

That's definitely right
And you've had 28,521.26 in vLHC

check Nr 16e from my checklist V3

I started the VM as an admin, and saw a stopped VM about the recent task. I started the VM and it obviously started just then, and now I'm at #17 from your checklist (after quite a lot of [ OK ] before).
I'll leave it open until it's done.

I joined ATLAS 2014-07-24, that's a wee bit more then 30 days ;)
And I crunched 12,448.69 credits while staying there, plus some while I'm here. So both badges are not quite correct as well.

I'm talking about Aktiv, hohe Priorität instead of just Aktiv, and it used both, just not in time. I just hope I'll get it ready before it's removed from the database, it's now at 43% and 7:45h, 3:40h remaining.

My current task is running since ~112h on my penguin, on two of its four cores, and it's at 100% since some time last night (CEST). The last few percentage points from 99.95 to 99.999 were getting slower and s.l.o..w..e...r and s...l....o....w......e........r :)

Same again, this time it looks as if it just used 1 core instead of 2, as the data from Eigenschaften are:

This task has a deadline on 15 May 2017, 0:06:02 UTC, i.e. several hours ago. The task is running fine on my machine, but without any panic mode.
It's now running for 3h, 17% and 7h still to go.

It even stopped crunching just now, and after I stopped every other CPU-Task besides my two LHC it began running in panic mode, strange. Switching the others on again removed panic mode, but after doing it again it stuck. Is this a problem with the WU or with BOINC? I'm running 7.2.42 under Mint 17.3, Vbox is 5.0.2.

Regarding this:
The effect of the back and forth fist motion speeds up some data bits and slows down others which causes the data bits to bump into each other and shake around.

In other words: A good handjob will free some space and lets the data pass through the bottleneck?
What's to do if I'm connected with Wifi? do I need to get my hands on the cable tangle somewhere?

Yesterday you created this, created the BOINC-wide teams, created the team affiliation with the wrong numbers. A lot of people changed their team to the proper one, and now you did the same mess up again.

I was in SETI-Germany in the old LHC@Home, I suddenly became member of Phenix here in the new set-up, under both addresses, so I changed it to the proper team, made my team mates aware of it, so that a lot of them changed as well, and over night I suddenlyx became a member of
DistributedComputing@Plock.

WTF are you doing there?
And why are you sending out WUs if you are not even remotely ready for crunchers?????

I have downloaded the BOINC Workshop slides by dr.Segal and I am trying to understand them. Just to ask a question: do I need to have the VirtualBox installed on my Linux box (I have it but 3.2.8 is not working, with an "undefined symbol in VBoxDD.so" error, while 3.2.6 worked fine) or might I use the Xen hypervisor which is included in my SuSE Linux 11.1 distro?
Tullio

In my team this lead to computing errors, while a setup with 3.2.8 worked.
As the feedback is rather scarce I can\'t really say what\'s the problem.

This thread is not about the project here, but a test project, that has to be treated by BOINC as a new entity, and thus has not huge long term dept surplus (or however it's called).

The test page is gone now (or just temporarily shut down, I don't know), and it was probably a bit futile for us ATAs to join in, but it's always fun to caper new and expectant projects :D

Some of the best known projects have such side projects for testing: Seti, Rosetta and CPDN, and LHC had another one before, so WTF?

Should we stop those already running or is it OK to crunch them further?
