Still trying to get native theory tasks to run.

Having rebooted since last attempt it seems to get a little further but still crashes all native theory tasks.

Getting the following on all native theory tasks
10:35:06 BST +01:00 2023-06-08: cranky-0.0.32: [INFO] Checking CVMFS.
10:35:06 BST +01:00 2023-06-08: cranky-0.0.32: [ERROR] 'cvmfs_config probe sft.cern.ch' failed.

Running sudo cvmfs_config probe comes out all OK. I have gone to the troubleshooting guide to get this far after checking and found the manual probing was failing but sorting that out hasn't helped.
Ubuntu 23.04 BOINC 7.23.0 compiled from source.

Well, you have completed Atlas tasks this week, some even after you posted your message. So situation is not too bad. Have you verified that you have not set 'Show active tasks' in Boinc manager? I see that you are an experienced Boinc user, so you know your way around Boinc but better to double check anyway.

Oops! Rookie error!

This is one of sixteen or more tasks that are showing as being in progress but BOINC is not showing them. (All with today as send date.)

Don't know if I was just looking in the wrong place but changing ProtectSystem=strict to ProtectSystem=full in the client.service file before compiling BOINC from source on Ubuntu was what got VB tasks running for me after many attempts at following instructions/ideas both here and from other sources. This change was made yesterday at git-hub but it is likely to be a while before the next BOINC release contains the change and it will then need to be picked up by the various distros.
