I have CMS turned off until it’s fixed. Guess LHC doesn’t appreciate what we offer them.

Tell me please why LHC values the MIPS volunteered it? Tell me when real work might be available again? Because there are others who appreciate the MIPS offered and provide apps that fail seldom to never. Best physics shop in the world? Show it with work or good bye, others appreciate what my machine offers.

(Message 39927) Posted 14 Sep 2019 by Jake on Space Coast Post: I’ve set my Project Preferences so that ATLAS Simulation shouldn’t run. This fails to take effect even after issuing an Update. For some reason, those Apps keep crashing so I prefer to run whatever else LHC has to run. Any hints on what else to do?
