Maybe I should send them some of my brownies ;-)

Mmmmm. I like the idea of barter for WUs, seems to be about the only way some of us will get any. Let me offer something to help wash the cookies down with. Mike

Okey Doke....

I will be patient.

I hope that cat was all right the next morning. This cat was actually drinking Riesling.

There are some fantastic humorists and philosphers here.

So I'm not sad anymore ;-) Thanks!

I re-set my cache to 4 days instead of 10. Not that I get that many wu's anyway as 'it' assesses my capacity and downloads accordingly.

I wouldn't worry too much, this latest batch look like resends of some older WUs that some of these dear people who insist on downloading hundreds and failing to crunch them in time failed to crunch in time. I got four on one of the several machines I've got attached to LHC, and they took a total of 5 minutes between them to crunch and return.
I'm sure there will be some real work along Real Soon Now. Mike

Keep your cache as small as possible.

Yes, well, there are always the idiots that think bigger is better.
Personally, I reckon they're compensating for something.

(you're right, Steve, they are greedy little antisocial pigs)

A case where a smaller "max units a day" figure might be useful? It would give more people a chance of making a useful contribution to the project.
