Seems like spreading the network load between the 2 wifi bands (2.4 and 5GHz) solved the issue.
Half my hosts are on 2.4 and the other are on 5.
Not 100% sure it's fixed and that this was the right method, but it's working so far and a good place to start if anyone has similar issues.

Cheers

Seems like I managed to figure it out.
Thanks for the suggestions on where to look @computezrmle.

Does anyone know what type of 'Computation error' this is?

Link to host: https://lhcathome.cern.ch/lhcathome/show_host_detail.php?hostid=10596119

"2019-08-08 08:59:11 (13684): Guest Log: [ERROR] Could not connect to Condor server on port 9618

2019-08-08 08:59:11 (13684): Guest Log: [INFO] Shutting Down.

Is this something on my end or the servers end?

Since I started crunching this project again after a year or so break...my RAC has increased significantly.
My old RAC was around 80-100k, now it should be around 500-600k doing single task Theory's.
My RAM is sure getting a workout though.

Seems to only be 'vbox' Theory's, not the native app. (I haven't tested the vbox on the dev site yet)
I can't really suggest a way to fix this.
Kind of makes the years of crunching only 2 tasks per host feel meaningless lol.

Wow I never realized how great the native app is.

I'm able to run more WU's than I normally would have ram for (using vbox).

Somehow running (9) 8 core units on only 32 GB of ram. Crazy.

Wish I would have done this earlier.

Just wondering if there is any noticeable difference between running hyperthreading/smt on or off?

Lets say a user has lots of cores/threads but limited ram. (Less than 2GB per core)

Would it be worth it (points wise) to disable hyperthreading?

Has anyone had any experience testing this? (I probably will...but thought I'd save some time)

Thanks
