What ATLAS simulations are we running?
(Message 38568)
Posted 17 Apr 2019 by Chilean Post: Does Theory use the same concept for the simulations as ATLAS and CMS? I really like Theory for their statistics (I can easily keep track on the number of events being simulated...). ATLAS and CMS are sort of "blind" regarding your output, so you can't keep track beyond the RAC that BOINC gives you (which can be bogus since a WU could "finish" with the VM machine doing nothing). |

Number of simulations done?
(Message 33786)
Posted 11 Jan 2018 by Chilean Post: Is there a way to check how many jobs you've done (or simulations done in the case of ATLAS) so far without having to open the graphics within BOINC? |

Is this project still alive?
(Message 27740)
Posted 9 Apr 2016 by Chilean Post: It is indeed alive. Every so often I find huge batches of WUs on my BOINC manager waiting to be crunched. I run almost exclusively Rosetta and LHC SixTrack, with priority given to LHC due to its intermittent supply of WUs. |
