more like closed pre-pre-pre-pre-alpha
sure. you would have to be crazy like me to want it. they have 3 day wu's that don't check point yet. shutting down the machine or boinc is really bad. then again if your one of those people that are afraind of leaving the app in memory you wouldnt even be able to pause the thing.

well on this subjuct i ended up detaching from seti because it would give me workunits then i would finish ul and report on time yet for ssome reason it was sayiong that i had 15 bad wus in a month. thats more than they even sent me in that time period!

i believe that boinc manager updates seperatly for this project. im pretty sure that seti also does this. its the ones that have to dl work. they dl then requery to get the credits from the last one.

what i'd like to know is how eah dls the wus. or does the box actually get like fifty and it just doesnt show them and the due date is from when the last wu got sent in or somthing

i have litterally reheated a pizza after leving it under the laptop.
it wasnt like melted or anything. it was about the equivelent of one slice for about 15 seconds in the microwave. I now have this tray thing that goes on the bottom of the box and it has two large fans on it that pull the heat out of the boxi got my temps to drop bout 10 C

do you mean from seti to eienstien, or from roland of gilead to razorirr?

the seti to eienstien thing was that ageless keeps complaining about the projects and i knew he wasnt doing a few. i knew he really supported one while trashing the others. i thought it was seti but after checking boincstats i found out it wasn't seti but eienstein.

i changed from roland of gilead to razorirr because of the word weaver and guido incidents over at seti i went there one day and realized that they must have been hitting the negitive button on my posts since the filter on my friends computer whold block them. After chaning to razorirr ive been fine.

@ageless
Are you trying to make it sound like all the projects are going down the tube on purpose. really the only one you seem to support is seti
pre and gas relesal are fine i think its your machine and dont blame it on cc 4.25. soldier and i both run it and we have had no problems with any of the dozen projects.

if your that parinoid go to 4.26 mabe that will solve the nonexistant problems

above the bar that tells you how many rotations have happened there is a user credit and a host credit. i know what the user credit is but what is the host credit and why is it actually changing now?

learn to predict how much work you will need to download.
i like the 1 M better than the 10 K ones anyway. the 10ks finish before i can dl another one

i got two wus one at approxamately an hour and the other at 12 somthing.
times were off but thay has somthing to do with my computer. they alway do double what the prediction is for every project. but the 12 hour one was a million rotations. im guessing that has somthing to do with the length.

i dont mind how long they take. Predictor is back so seti doesnt have a monopoly on boinc any more.
thank you for the best screen saver ever to date LHC
