4) Questions and Answers : Unix/Linux : Problems in the calculation of time while using cpufreq governors (Message 11338) Posted 13 Nov 2005 by Asrail Post: Boinc seems to don't realize my cpu is running with a lower frequency and report me as wasting a lot more of cpu time than I really do. If I re-run the benchmarks, while I'm doing it my cpufreq goes to 100%, so the results don't change. It should calculate the time I spent with the max cpufreq as the basis.
5) Questions and Answers : Sixtrack : Sent WU's still with sending status (and block new work) (Message 9412) Posted 15 Aug 2005 by Asrail Post: This happened with me. I'm running Windows XP, but I don't think it's operating system related. I'm using the version 4.45 of boinc and 4.67 of sixtrack. I had two jobs with the status "sending" but it already was sent (but the site were not showing it). When I aborted the transferences I become able to receive and send files again and I noticed that, instead of error, the page was showing the results where successfull. I know I was connected to the net, I clicked the "update" button a lot of times, etc...

(Message 9192) Posted 6 Aug 2005 by Asrail Post: Just to confirm: "failed - El archivo de paginación es demasiado pequeño para completar la operación." -> "failed - The swap file is too small to complete the operation" It looks like some jobs needs more than 30M or his settings to the memory use are too low.
