Win11pro 50 KBps!

Four Task atm, other Project on the same PC 7.000 KBps.
Ethernet using direct Ports on the Router.
Why is VboxHeadless.exe shown in Taskmanager and Resourcenmoniter as active,
during download?
Seeing IP-Names, having nothing to do with my network?

50 KBps is now seen on many PC's for UPLOAD.
A few days all was normal for up- and download.
