on the boinc main page there is a linethat says this is available but when i try it's not in xml, can this be done?

some info:
Get team member list
project/team_email_list.php?teamid=X&account_key=Y&xml=1
action: Show list of team members. If account key is that of team founder, show email addresses.

I'm trying very hard to think of possible reasons why it should be so easy to collect so many valid e-mail addresses, but the only reason I can think of is to send spam e-mail.

Please don't make it too easy to collect e-mail addresses.

The email address is only available if you are the team founder. If you or I go look at that page it will NOT display the email addresses. If you think your team founder will spam you then you should probably find another team :)

Here is the "official" documentation on this feature:
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/web_rpc.php
(near the bottom - "Get team member list")

As for the problem itself, I'm not sure if LHC has updated all their web pages recently. This is a relatively new feature (added to BOINC in late March) and I don't think LHC has updated their web pages since then.

I updated the webpages just before i left, but as that was in late march too, we might just have missed the feature.

You could try to get someone to check whether it works on alpha. I think it is running a slightly newer version of the web pages.
